Trust The Process

We humans face many fears; we make up stories in our minds, and often times we found ourselves feeling stagnant and without purpose. This is because we have not sit to/take the time to -not to understand ourselves- but to KNOW ourselves.

The concept of “knowing yourself” (Socrates), resonates more than ever in this modern time, when not only we are disconnected from our fellow humans, but internally -with our own divinity, with our soul-.

How to be free from fears and negative thinking… the answer, indeed is to know ourselves. There is a saying that we will always have fears and that conquering them is by being courageous. I can attest to this, but the journey never ends… everlasting it seems. But we do not have to conquer them / overcome them alone.
